Anti smooth muscle antibody

I'm confused. I recently had a positive ANA 1:80 (nuc pattern) and a positive anti smooth muscle antibody, titre 1:20

I thought the smooth muscle antibody was the same test as the anti-Sm test. But now I'm reading that anti Sm means anti Smith?

Can you clarify? My liver enzymes are fine.

I think there are 3 tests

ANA
anti-smooth muscle antibody
anti-Sm = anti-Smith

and I don't think any of them have anything to do with liver enzymes....
