I've been diagnosed 6 months now with with acute cutaneous lupus. Not taking any meds. Severe rashes on face, neck, chest, upper back. What I called " lupus bumps" on my scalp and in my mouth. Very itchy very painful. Looking for organic treatment. Any ideas? confused

Limit sun exposure and flourescent lighting is a no-no. Use sun protective clothing and sunscreens.

I haven't heard or noticed anyone getting much in the way of Lupus improvement results from organics.

Maybe some of the sites that are more about organics or health foods would have something you could use?

Look into Braggs Organic Apple Cider Vinegar. I know it has helped clear up the butterfly rash on lupus patients face. Also helped with other rashes. If you look at Braggs Apple Cider website, you will find all the benefits of their products.

I don't have the butterfly rash. I have discoid rashes all over. Might work on that as well. And thank you. :)
