Help with Blood Test results? Not sure if it's Lupus yet?

Ok so some back story... My lyme titer was positive, but western blot was negative. I've been on antibiotics for 3 months ,and worsening completely. my ANA is positive, RF was high, 1:160 speckled which i know is pretty "normal." My primary & neuro deiced to do more blood work on me. I just got the results. I'm not sure if anyone can help me with them, but my primary called and said he thinks it is Lupus.


Anti Jo-1 - 2.9
Anti-SSA - just says >20.0
Anti-SSB - 1.5
Anti SM/RNP - <16.0

and my ASO was 203.. so a very low positive.
My MCH in my blood count was only a little high, and RBC only a little low.

I've been trying to research myself, as I wasn't completely convinced it's Lyme either.

Severe symptoms;
joint pain everywhere.
Extreme head pressure at the back base of my head near my neck
Neck stiffness/pain
headaches
swollen glands in my neck
eardrum has been bulging & infected for over 3 weeks
EXTREME fatigue
dizziness/room spinning/feeling like i'm going to pass out
brain fog
inability to concentrate
stuttering/stammering/not getting the word out
numbness / tingling in arms

There are more symptoms, but those are the worst. This has been occuring for over 3.5 months now. I'm a 25 year old female.

I guess my question is, what do the results up top mean. I tried to research online, didn't find very useful answers.

I thankfully will be heading out of state to see a Rheumotologist in Boston. But until then, I'm a little stressed/worried.

I think the area of confusion is that there are no reference ranges on my results. ;/
