Try bioten vitamins and gelatin mix.

I used Nioxin when my hair loss was severe and it helped considerably. Really seemed to stop it. Can't remember how long I used it - probably until the bottle was gone - because I just bought another one (approx. 3 yrs later) since it seems to be acting up again. My hairdresser recommended it. Seems to me the hair loss occurs or worsens when other flare symptoms show up......

Joy-what is gelatin mix?

Ill look for it at the grocery store. How often do i drink this or if i take supplements how much?

Also-i dont feel stubble, I just have all these hairs sticking up. They are kind of frizzy, but ive always had curly frizzy hair. Also, my hair is breaking so I hope this is not from that and it is truly new hair growth.

The pills I took was twice a day I believe. It's been awhile since I took them.
The mix you just follow the directions on the box for stronger nails.

Just looked on the Nioxin website. After I use up my system 5, I will try system 6 for noticably thinning medium/coarse hair. System 5 is for hair that is normal looking and just starting to thin. I wonder if noticably thinning is a stronger formula. Anyway, I just pray it helps. I still have tons of hair coming out when I wash and style. Also, when did you stop washing just once a week?

I used system 4 the kit so i use the shampoo and leave it on say 2 minutes then rinse then put conditioner leave for a further 2 minutes then rinse pat my hair dry and put the leave in conditoner on and leave it in. I carried this on and honestly he was a short time before i saw noticeable results almost immediatly say 3 weeks or 4 weeks dont forget i only wash my hair once a week before so that was like after 4 washes, gradually each time you wash the amount of hair that falls out slows down to eventually nothing falls out anymore thats the stage im at and it really has a way of making it so thick which is so good you can buy the kit on amazon for less than £20 its cheap and it works im on my second batch at the moment but i  started seeing results on the first batch so good luck and seriously try this out and use this shampoo from now on.

Miss Lupus-I chose system 5 because I have coarse hair and it said it was for medium/coarse hair and Also, I dont have color treated hair, but I have chemically treated-I used to straighten it. My hair is curly on top now and straight on the bottom because it has been growing back curly after getting it straightened. So, I have to use the flat iron somewhat because otherwise, I look ridiculous. And I have to blow dry because I dont have time in the morning before work to let it dry naturally. Do you think system 5 is only for hair breakage? My hair is also breaking, but I need it to stop falling out. I dont have the leave in conditioner. Do you think I should get it? I just have the shampoo and conditioner. Maybe I should just order system 4 kit? I spent about $50 on the shampoo and conditioner, because I got a big bottle. Should I just continue with system 5 or order system 4 now ? Im afraid system 5 wont work. I dont care about the money so much, I just want my hair to stop falling out!!! Thanks.

Sorry Im just so upset about the hair loss- Miss lupus- I was thinking maybe Ill just get the system 4 leave in treatment, use up my system 5 shampoo and cond, then ill get the system 4 kit. What do you think ?

ok. Ill order the system 4 kit today. I keep ordering supplements, a blender for making smoothies, hair products, I bought a really good morrocan oil too. The bottles are small in the kit, must not last too long. I have long hair and I still have alot of it, so I will need to use more product. One more question, do you put the leave in treatment on your scalp or just the ends ? I really appreciate your help!!! thank you sooooo much!!!

I think system 6 and system 4 are the same except one if for fine hair and the other for medium/coarse, correct ? Sorry to be such a pain the bum!!! lol!!
