One thing I noticed at my former rheumos office, the waiting room had soft lighting and I loved waiting in there. I could've hung out in there all day watching tv(provided I had control of the remote). Since being on this site, I've learned I am very sensitive to lights. Now that my lupus/ra has advanced and the meds I am on, I am in danger of becoming a mole. What I find funny is, the waiting room had low lighting and made everyone feel good, but his treatment rooms had the flourescent lighting which absolutely hurt me and caused a massive headache for hours after the appt.
I hope you find the lights you are looking for!
Happy Christmas to all!!!!
