It's a challenge at times. These are things I try too do to help:
Read
Turn clock away
Listen to soft music
Relaxation CD or Video
Turn off lights
No tv one hour before bedtime
Have a set routine before bedtime
Don't fret over loss of sleep while trying to go to sleep
If you have trouble with rehashing the day like I do sometimes you may want to ask your doctor for an anxiety medicine.

Thanks joy, I already take lorazepam, and lexapro, upped my dose of lexapro hope it starts to help
