Ok All, I am between diagnoses (lupus/fibryo) but tonight my finger started twitching/jerking really hard. It felt like it was twitching all the way up my forearm but only my right ring finger was jerking. My arm feels really achy now.

Anyone else has this?

Are you on prednisone? I have really bad shaking with the roid... Not just one finger, but my hands shake so bad that ice jingles when I drink!

No not on prednisone at this time. I really scared me because my arm was hot, swollen and felt hard afterwards.

That was an inflammatory response happening.
You need to talk to your doctor about that.

I'd suggest that you contact your Rheumy first thing this morning. Sounds like your body is in a flare whether it be a fibro or lupus flare up. I know that they haven't formally DX'd you yet.

Try to rest as much as you can until you can see the Rheumy.
