Hello back, Melaine.
I cope with the fatigue by pampering myself and taking lots of naps, like I did yesterday. I just let my body find the rhythm that it needs to heal and feel better. The greatest moments of my life are spent in the garden and with my students. The saddest is the realization that I have had to let go of so many activities that used to make my heart sing. I have learned over the years to let go and to not be attached. Following Buddhist principles has helped me to get there. This site is a true blessing, with people who understand the journey and have compassion for the process. It helps me a great deal....sometimes to share, sometimes to just simply listen.
