I'm hurting today. I can stand my feet touching each other. My elbows...shoot might as well say my whole body is very tender. I don't know if its the fibro flaring or lupus growling but ouch!
I'm tired of hurting everyday.

Hi Joy,
I know and understand that feeling of being tired of hurting all of the time. It can really be a bear! I find propping with lots of soft, fuzzy pillows helps my joints. Take good care of yourself. Get lots of rest and pamper yourself and here's a gentle (((((((((((((((((((hug)))))))))))))))))) to help.
Love,
Laura

I believe I've got a lovely flare starting up.
I was awake until 6am this morning not able to rest because my skin was tender even the weight of the bedsheet hurt me.
The slightest touch seems painful.

Joy, do hot baths help? That's my therapy for my fibro flares or when my joints hurt more than usual. I fill the tub with scented epson salts, lower the lights, and soak. It helps relax my muscles and just plain feels good. Hope the flare doesn't last long!

I have a very small tub that hurts to get in and out. So I just stick to hot showers.

Joy,
I'm so sorry that your in a flare up. I'll be sending as much healing energy I have to spare your way. I just hate it when I hurt like you're describing. I hope that you start to feel better really soon and know that I'm thinking of you and pulling for you.
Hugs,
Barbara

I think the weird weather we've been having has set me off. I'm hoping it will get better soon too.
My strange scalp rash is still pestering me. My whole scalp has tons of little festered bumps all over it. I'm going to try to find a good dematologist who can help me stop it.

Joy, I too deal with itchy scalp. My dermatologist told me it was Lichen Planis. She gave me medicated shampoo and a cooling spay to apply to the bumps. Try not to scratch if you can help it.

I rememeber being in so much pain and having fever. The lat time that's had fever was like 11months ago. Haven't had body pain ever since but had fever like about
8 months ago. That's when I was told I had arthritis. My body pain just stopped happening with no medication. I remember my while body hurting and having fever also. Pain would last for about
a wk. thank god I haven't experience that pain again. At least for now :)
