Can't deal with the pain any longer! Desperate for help!

I been having pain in my toes they have been on purple every once and a while a blue when I'm cold. Now they are swollen I gave one swollen toe on one side and three swollen toes on the other side I don't know if there clubbed or just swollen but they feels harder and smoother and hurt really bad to the point it interferes with me walking now the bottom of my foot where my toes connect hurts I can't deal with this anymore! Ok seeing a doctor Saturday I just don't feel like I can last does anyone know any good doctor in the Chicago area :( I'm seeing a different doctor Saturday then I usually see because my current doctor is not very helpful I don't want to go to him but if no other choices I will go to him today :/ I have another thread basically with my other symptoms but thus is my newest symptom my cousin whose becoming a doctor said that he thinks it's rheumatoid arthritis based on my toes what do you guys think ;(

I try to go to the er but for some reason they blocked the hospital er department with a car for safety I don't know why :/ but I'm in pain and my feet are really cold I been trying to keep them warm thanks for the advice :/ I'll just have to wait for Saturday then :( never heard of a hospital whose er was blocked from people entering even the ambulance left with someone in it I wonder what happened.

Try warm heating pad on them. Better hot than cold in my opinion.

I can't take anything for them because I'm breastfeeding the pain hurts so bad I don't know what to do the swelling won't go down I feel it in the ball of my foot now too

I have two questions the dr I found has an office of his own so I have to go somewhere else for the testing where would I call to get a test done would it be a hospital? Or a direct one like a hospital lab department? And I wanted to know are malar rashes lasting forever like they never go away? Or can they last a few days? My doctor asked me if I had malar rashes I said no because my rashes only last a couple days and they just look like a light pink heat rash that goes over my nose and cheeks is that still a malar rash? Yesterday I got one from walking outside I wanted to take dd to the aquarium but I got so nauseous I had to go back home when I got home my cheeks were so pink they went through my makeup I noticed it at night wiped my makeup n today it's still there I don't think it's a malar rash because it's not very dark or looks like it'll scar is it? Thank aquisance for your comment it's hard to walk I've been putting my feet up and hoping to get the test done so I can ignite out why there painful and swollen.
