34 year old female, extreme fatigue/low energy; feeling very cold, purple finger nails and toe nails; achy stiff joints; hair loss; dry eyes for several years. Primary doctor ran blood tests, came back positive ANA 1:160 homogeneous, scleroderma negative, RA negative, ESR negative, CRP negatives Primary doc diagnosed Raynaud's and referred me to a rheumatologist for further work up for lupus. At rheumatologist appt 2 weeks later she said not ready to diagnose anything yet but she did run more blood tests, came back ANA 1:320 homogenous, ANA panel negative, border-line low C4.
Update: Today my whole body is so stiff and achy (hands, wrists, shoulders, knees, ankles and toes) it is hard to get off the couch. Exhausted despite a good sleep last night. Red bumps all over my chest and abdomen for the past 3 days, big red circles (white in the middle) all over my back yesterday. Not sure what to do.
