I couldn't sleep last night because I was itchy all over...I was up scratching my legs, back, arms, face and neck. Is this part of the Lupus flare? It at times get overwhelming!!

I get to itching like that too.
I heard it was a pain reaction being misinterpeted by our body.
I've found ice packs help me feel better.

I get that way sometimes, but it's usually due to an allergy flare up. It can get so bad that I feel like a demon is trying to drive me crazy. Oatmeal baths help.
