Lupus symptoms..

I'm new 2 this & I'm looking for advise. I've been having a lot of symptoms for yrs, since I was 16. The past 2 yrs have been bad, I've broke out with a rash on my chest & shoulders from being in the sun 2 long. I went 2 a dermatologist & he done a biopsy that came back positive for lupus. So I go for blood work & my ANA came back neg., but my sed rate was high & my WBC was high. He told me he couldn't dx me with lupus 2 go see a rheumatologist. My symptoms come & go, but the past 2 yrs I have new ones like my fingers & toes going numb & being really cold. I stay fatigued so bad that at times I feel like I can't even move. Headaches, joint pain, muscle tension, nauseated a lot, my stomach looks swollen, I've had unexplainable infection, depression & anxiety, mood swings. I feel like I'm going crazy! I'm tired of hearing ppl say it's all in my head 2! I knw something is wrong but I can't get any answers. Any advise would b greatly appreciated!

I'm calling tomorrow for appt. I have read up on it & had an uncle that was dx with it & another disease. I've also experienced shortness of breath. I mean u name it I've had it but it comes & goes.

That's wht I am afraid of.. I would just like 2 knw. I'm stressed 2 the max! I've read seems like everything on lupus & I have more than 4 symptoms. Things keep getting worse 2. I'm starting 2 get wht looks like wht they call the butterfly rash & my face feels like it's on fire at times.
