mood swings!!!

I can't seem to keep control of my moods some days teary exhausted aggressive very switchy I'm annoying myself feel like someone else had a brain scan all was ok and been put on asprin. Does anyone else get like this??

I used to be a only for two month been off them for ages was quite glad to see that back of them x
