Newbie with questions and concerns

Hello to you all! I am new to the site and have not yet been diagnosed. I know this post is long, however if you have the time please read and leave me you thoughts.

I am a 26 yr old female, waiting on test results after having an appointment with a rheumy. I was referred by my gyno after a positive ANA and learning my mom had lupus.

I felt very unprepared for the rheumy appointment. I was asked how long symptoms, that I really didn't understand, lasted; and felt like the symptoms that I could explain were brushed off to other causes (I.e. me being a teacher and standing for long periods of time). Most of my symptoms I had before I began teaching and they have become more intense since.

My symptoms are as follows: frequent fever (little to nothing can make me sick), fatigue (I relate it to the feeling of tiredness women have when pregnant), knee pain (more prominent on the left side), numbness in wrist legs and elbows, swelling in feet and ankles (especially after sitting for a while), stiffness (after sitting for some time), joints pop like crazy, night sweats (this became noticeable after having twins 4yrs ago), very bad headaches, after sun exposure redness across cheek bones, dizziness, and nausea.

I have a very high tolerance for pain, so most of the time if I am hurting I just keep going through the pain. This year brought about a lot of changes for me, my first year as a teacher and death of my mom this past August, and stress has quadrupled.
