Well, I'm afraid my bladder is getting inflammed again. mad

I've been having mild bladder spasms all day and I'm not peeing as much as I normally do. I'll probably need to go to the urgent care tomorrow morning. Sigh....

All I've wanted to do today is drink water too. I'm going to take a double dose of cranberry pill tonight and hope it helps with the spasms.
I'm going on a trip next weekend and this is going to eat into my travel money. rolleyes

The double dose of cranberry pills seemed to calm down the spasms today. My pee was slow this morning but plenty. It was very dark yellow almost orange. Waiting to see if it's better. I took another double dose of cranberry.

Joy, how were the bladder spasms today? I hope that you're feeling better and will be able to go on your vacation and won't have an serious issues.

It always seems to be the case, whenever I'm ready to travel somewhere I get sick. It never fails and I end up having to cancel my trip. Or I get sick while there and stay sick for ever at home. I'm coming to the realization that I just need to hang out at home LOL.

I hope your vacation goes well and you really start to feel better ASAP. Let us know when you can on how you're doing while your away. Take care and positive thoughts headed your way, as well as prayers.

Spasms have stopped, but my pee really stinks! My pee never stinks by the way. I'm still double dosing the cranberry pills and eating fresh pineapple. The pineapple is an anti-inflammatory too.

I'm getting better.

I get bladder spasma well most of the time. But since taking Leutine, Evening Primrose Oil and coconut oil, rhet have improved quite a bit. Excuse the errors.

Joy,

How is your bladder doing? Did everything clear up or are you headed to the Dr for a bladder infection. I saw the post were you travel to a wedding and are wiped out. It sounded like you were totally wiped out when you got home.

Just wanted you to know I was thinking about you and sending prays your way.

I'm better. Drinking the pineapple juice and doubling up on the cranberry pills really help clear it up.

Hi Joy, I'm glad it's clearing up. I just recently found out that blueberries are also just about as effective for UTIs as cranberries and wanted to let you know. They also help with inflammation when eaten daily just like your pineapple :)

I had to stop taking my anti inflammatory as it's causing ulcers so I've been doing some more research. I recall you can't take them so I thought you might like to know.

Actually now that I think of it I may start a new post and list the foods with anti inflammatory properties.
