Could this be considered a flare?

As I said before I am not diagnosed with lupus at this time but the that few days I have felt more symptoms and have been experiencing more pain.

I have felt a weird sensation on my left leg ( where most of my pain originates from) It kind of felt as though my cell phone was vibrating on my leg.

Cramping in the middle of my hand.

Back pain

joint pain in both hips in the middle of the joint. Elbows, shoulders, knees, wrists, fingers, ankles have increased.

muscle tenderness on the outside of my thighs as well as shakiness of my thighs.

Lack of appetite.

One other way to tell if it's a flare up is if you have symptoms for more than a day or two. Most likely you are in a flare up. Sometimes when we do a small amount of execise or work. However, when the soreness sticks with you for days not end you may need to call your Rheumy or gp and see wat they can do to get you feeling better really soon.
