Could this be lupus?

I have been diagnosed with granule a annul are about 15 years ago. It involves the arms, legs, feet, hands. Treatment by burning the areas did not help. Now I have an itchy rash on my forehead, eyes, and upper cheeks for about 8 months. I also get severe bouts of diahrrea, with dehydration, and severe, disabling weakness. Blood and urine tests show I am losing blood, or getting anemic, some kind of inflammatory process, hematuria, elevated creatinine, and I tire so easily. Other tests show fluid for some reason around my upper chest cavity. I was diagnosed back in my 20's with raynauds syndrome. Could this possibly be lupus? It does run in my family. [url]

Hi there! Have you been to a rheumatologist anytime since your labs and symptoms have gotten worse? Lupus is an autoimmune disease and many times autoimmune diseases run in the family! My grandmother has rheumatoid arthritis, I have lupus, my sister has Hashimoto's, and my great-grandmother had several autoimmune diseases! I would suggest seeing a rheumatologist and asking them to run labs to test for the autoimmune diseases and let them assess your body and any symptoms your body is showing on that day! I would Also take pictures of the itchy rash that is showing on your face now
