Should I call my Rheumy on Monday and see if I can get in sooner?

I'm having a flare I think. My Rheumy thinks I have Lupus and he wanted to actually put me on meds but he wanted to do blood tests first and that was the first time I saw him he said that. I have been having severe joint pain off and on very often since the Rheumy appt on the 24th. I haven't been able to get as much sleep as I usually do that started Monday. Now my hand tremors are back and pretty bad and my hands are more swollen. My Rheumy didn't want me to come back in for my test results until the week of the 16th (for some stupid reason). And I really don't want to suffer for another like week and a half until then. I need treatment for whatever it is that I have. Lupus or not. And I don't want to have to suffer longer then I have to. The day of the Rheumy appt I actually had a really bad flare where I was extremely lethargic. Someone please help me. My joints are hurting right now really bad mostly my knees but my hands a little too and I don't have but 1, 5MG Hydrocodon pill and 5MG doesn't work for me. I took like 3, 325 MG Tylenol like more than 30 minutes ago and it still hasn't worked. What do I do? I don't want to suffer for that long until he said I need to come back in.

I would call and tell him what's happening and see if he wants you come in sooner or order you a pain killer.

Feel better soon. Flares are rough go at times.

Thank you so much for the advice. Yeah I think I might call him tomorrow and see what they say. Yeah I hate flares...I almost always get joint pain with flares.
