Lupus/psoriasis spots Difference?

Hi,
Would anyone know if lupus spots and gutte psoriasis spots look the same. I really think the Doctors have this so wrong in diagnosing me.
Also, When I have a blemish on my face, it does not behave like a blemish anymore. The top skin layer peels off leaving a sore looking spot.
Does this sound familiar to anyone?

I don't know.
I have a select places on my fingers that have become feeling like a callus. They are rough and peel.

Would someone know if theses spots go away when prescribed the right medicine or just never know when an outbreak may happen even on medicine.

I was diagnosed young with psoriasis then eventually lupus. The two often run hand in hand from all the reading i've done. When the spots appear, I have found clobetasol proprianate to be the best for head, neck, and torso. Get the foam as opposed to the cream or spray if you're going to try it. Prescription based only I believe.

I use lotion on my hands and I've recently started taking Leflunomide with my plaquinel. They do seem softer, but it could just be a lull for awhile.
