I just got these labs today and I was hoping for some input.
This is what the ANA came back with
Homogeneous Pattern 1:160 High
Centromere Pattern 1:160 High
Pattern: Homogeneous (smooth) Antigen detected: DNA (ds,ss), Histone Suggested Disease Association: High titers – SLE
Pattern: Speckled. Antigen Detected: Sm, RNP, SCL-70, SS-A/SS-B. SDA: SLE, MCTD, Scleroderma, Sjogrens
Pattern: Nucleolar. Antigen Detected: SCL-70, PM-1/SCL. SDA: High titers scleroderma, polymyositis/scleroderma overlap.
Pattern: Centromere: Antigen Detected: Centromere. SDA: PSS w/Crest syndrome variable.
Does this mean I have Lupus?
I was recently diagnosed with CKD, Fatty Liver Disease, Type 2 diabetes, Low Thyroid... This on top of it?
I'm only 28 years old...
