Positive ANA with High Hemogeneous and Centromere Patterns. Both 1:160.

I just got these labs today and I was hoping for some input.
This is what the ANA came back with

Homogeneous Pattern 1:160 High

Centromere Pattern 1:160 High


Pattern: Homogeneous (smooth) Antigen detected: DNA (ds,ss), Histone Suggested Disease Association: High titers – SLE

Pattern: Speckled. Antigen Detected: Sm, RNP, SCL-70, SS-A/SS-B. SDA: SLE, MCTD, Scleroderma, Sjogrens

Pattern: Nucleolar. Antigen Detected: SCL-70, PM-1/SCL. SDA: High titers scleroderma, polymyositis/scleroderma overlap.

Pattern: Centromere: Antigen Detected: Centromere. SDA: PSS w/Crest syndrome variable.

Does this mean I have Lupus?
I was recently diagnosed with CKD, Fatty Liver Disease, Type 2 diabetes, Low Thyroid... This on top of it?
I'm only 28 years old...

I have actually never seen a Rheumatologist before. My Primary Dr after seeing my Kidney function referred me to a Nephrologist. It was the Nephrologist who did an ANA test with other Kidney panels first two weeks ago that came back positive. So he reordered the tests and this is what showed up on these results.

Hopefully your nephrologist is experienced with autoimmune diseases that can affect the kidneys. I have a cousin who had to take chemo pills to overcome lupus nephritis. I hope you find a good rheumy and get recommendations for an experienced nephrologist if you need it.
