It is possible to have lupus with no joint pain?

So I'm new here and have no diagnosis.

21 years old, female.

The reason I wonder about lupus is that it often looks like I have a mild malar flush (when it never used to) , I get a lot of mouth sores, and my urine looks quite foamy sometimes (although everytime I do a dipstick test for protein, it comes back negative). The main things I struggle with are dizziness, muscle twitches, and just not feeling myself.

My fatigue is minimal.
My joints- occasionally a shoulder or a knee will hurt mildly, and I have mildly stiff fingers and sometimes a little hand pain, but it's NOTHING like what people describe with lupus. not even close! My joints do crack a lot though and I have SUPER red elbows, but they don't hurt.
My symptoms have a bit of a relapsing/remitting pattern- sometimes I feel pretty much normal.

Other things I'm looking into are chronic lyme and just plain old stress/anxiety/hypervigilance.

Should I stop worrying about Lupus on the basis on that I have basically no pain? Wouldn't it be super rare to have it without the bad joint pain?

Yes, you could have Lupus without joint pain, it certainly isn't a requirement! There are 11 symptoms for Lupus, generally you mush present with at least 4 of them to be diagnosed. Check out the link below, Diagnosing Lupus. If you are still concerned, make an appointment with a rheumotologist.
