Questions diagnosing Lupus

Hi, my mother had SLE, RA and PsA. I had psoriasis as a child and at the age of 44 have been diagnosed with PsA, Fybromyalgia and possibly RA. However, I'm confused about the possibility of me having Lupus and was hoping someone could help me.

On all of my blood tests my sed rates are elevated, on the test specific for Lupus 12 is positive for Lupus and I've been sitting at an 11. So does this mean that I'm one point away from being positive for lupus?

My main symptoms are:
inflamed and painful joints
Extreme fatigue
Headaches
Anemia
Sores on skin that take a long time to heal
Bad circulation
Pitting fingernails
Shortness of breath
History of blood clots
Mouth ulcers

I'm currently on MTX 15mg weekly
Cymbalta
Fosamax
Folic acid

I am being seen by a Rheumy and my apologies for not explaining my lab results more.

What I meant was that my IGA was an 11 and a 12 is indeterminate, my IGG is a 14 and a 15 is indeterminate and my IGM is also in the indeterminate range. These were test used following my blood clot and in conjunction with the DNA ANA test for Lupus. That test came back as a 4 with a 5-9 being indeterminate.

The only thing they can figure is that I'm positive for PsA and maybe RA. But because of my mothers history with Lupus I'm worried about that. And I do have 4 of the Lupus symptoms but my Rheumy is leaning towards the above diagnosis.

It's my understanding that the iga igg and igm tests are tests for antibodies that attack certain areas of the body. Basically a positive on those tests proves you have high antibodies but doesn't really help pinpoint the cause. I'm not sure if you were trying to say your results were positive? The test results should indicate if they were high/low/normal range.

You might want to get a 2nd opinion. Kind of wonder if they've run the right tests. But symptoms should be the major factor in the diagnosis. I found out the hard way that a dr who relies too heavily on test results can easily misdiagnose.
