Confused & in pain

My general doctor did 2 or 3 complete blood work ups. Each time my RA factor would elevate slightly but not enough to be considered to have RA (has to be a 13) and I would have a positive ANA. Now I am seeing an RA specialist, my RA factor is 12.6 (I believe, I would have to look at the results again, I know it's pretty darn close) & my RnP is 1.9 so she sent me for a Nerve Conduction study. Although the study came back within normal range that doctor said I have Mixed Connective Tissue Disorder, just in the beginning stages. He said that because of all of the other issues I am exhibiting....extreme fatigue, pins and needles, sensitivity to cold, muscle weakness, IBS, mood swings, can't focus, bad memory, scoliosis, can't tolerate bright lights, have trouble "operating" my hands after so long.....that's all I can think of right now. After the results of the Nerve conduction study my RA doctor said I don't have Mixed Connective Tissue Disorder. The other doctor said that I do, but the early stages. I don't know what to do.

I did see one RA doctor that tried different RA medications (anti-inflammatory medications) nothing seemed to help. Maybe I didn't give it enough time. I haven't seen my general doctor since I have seen this doctor that specializes in RA. I am going to take my results to her and see what she says since she seems to be only one that hasn't lead me wrong so far. I just don't know if there are different doctor's (neurologist's etc) that I need to see. I have read that this is a difficult thing to diagnose. I am in pain everyday. I am worried about my ability to do my job. It has already affected my ability to clean my house, do what a wife & mother does. Do you know what that does to my self esteem? How do I go to the other forum? No one is offering treatment at this time. The doctor that said it was MCTD just did the Nerve conduction study for the RA doctor. But he said he has seen many people in my situation and believes with my RnP & positive ANA that I am in the beginning stages of MCTD. That is what my RA specialist said until she seen the results of the Nerve conduction study, they were within normal range. So she changed her diagnosis while the gentleman that conducted the study stuck with the diagnosis.
