Fatigue all the time and knee pain

I took corticosteriods, lupufree and vitamin b12 complex during 4.5 months. I just finished the treatment course 3 months ago. Luckily, I have no lupus flare until now. I think lifestyle changes and healthy diet help me after finishing the treatment. I spend 30 minutes on yoga daily and eat more vegetable, fruits as well as foods containing vitamins and omega 3. stress is one of the biggest triggers of lupus flares. Do anything you like to reduce it. If you're stress because of your job, cut down your tasks on or find out an ideal frame time to complete them. When you're under pressure because of your family or colleague, you should find trusted people to share your troubles. Deep breath, listening to music and watching an interesting movies are also the best ways to control stress

Can you tell me what your blood tests say. Mine shows nothing except low white cell count. I have pain in joints and constant fatigue. I was told back in 2004 I had poly myalgia rheumatica and was given a course of low dose corticosteroids and it was gone in a week! I've had pain on and off which I attributed to arthritis but not diagnosed. My pain recently worsened and I was really struggling so I returned to same doctor who doesn't seem too interested and did some bloods and commenced me on corticosteroids at my request. Bloods were perfect except slightly low white cell count. I get swelling in my fingers and wrists.
