Have you ever found out ways to keep your triggers at bay. Commonly, stress,UV rays, smoking, and poor diet may make your disease worse and trigger flare ups. If you keep them at bay, lupus can be controlled. Making your lifestyle changes is important to deal with lupus, including:
- reduce stress
- apply sunscreen even though you stay at home
- avoid proceesed, packaged and fast foods
- avoid sun exposure, smoking and too much alcohol
- eat more omega 3s foods, vegetables and fruits
- take rest and have enough sleep
- choose mild exercise, such as aqua therapy or low- impact yoga
- take extra vitamin, like vitamin D3 and B12 or supplements, such as Lupufree or omega3 fish oil
Hope you get better soon
thank you so much, I'm trying to do what you have told. Only wish that lupus medications and these tips can help me
