I just got the results back from my recent blood work and it said my lymphocytes were low. They've always been mid-ranged level, but this time it had dropped below than normal.
I read where this is common if your immune system is weak.

Do any of you have low levels of this?

I have low lymphocytes quite often. Being that I'm on cellcept and Benylsta I chalked it up to meds and my immune system being so severely suppressed.

My lymphocytes are always low and neutrophils are always high. Never asked why but I also blamed it on all the meds.

All I'm on is plaquenil for my lupus. This is the first time mine has dropped low. Over the last three years it has slowly fallen, but was always in the normal range.

Hmm, I'd definitely inquire with your doctors office, I don't know that plaquenil alone should cause a drop in your lymphs, but I'm not a doctor so can't say for sure.

My Lymphocytes were at 19% this test, always have been normal, i see a lot of normals from 18% to 40, 20% to 42, our hospital has it at 22% to 42%d which i think is off. I had radiation back in 2015, not sure if it would effect this long, and back in 2015 they were normal at 24%, any comments, i guess 19% isn't bad anyhow. This reading is for Lymphocyte Low, my Lymphocyte Absolute is in the normal range...

LupielCURn - mine too. Lymphs have been 9-11.5 over the last month, and neutrinophils have been 77-80. The PA that does our work physicals says that may be due to fighting an infection as mine have never been like that in the previous years. He also said sometimes the body will release more neutrinophils instead of lymphocytes considering what is needed. Summary from a cancer Dr on Quora: "Neutrophils react to toxins from bacteria. So, elevated neutrophils in the blood are a sign of a bacterial infection in the body. Lymphocytes tend to react to viruses, so a low lymphocyte count indicates that there is no viral infection."
