Sleep IS a tricky thing. There are times when I cannot stay awake, times when I cannot fall asleep, times when I fall asleep but then wake up and cant fall back asleep. Times when I sleep 10 hours and time when I sleep 4.
It always seems to run in clumps too. I will be one way for a while, and then be another.
Sleep is a touchy thing for me. So very happy and feel so much better if I can get 8 hours of restful, peaceful, pain free sleep. ahhh even saying it sounds good!
