Talking about
exercise, I still have been going to the gym and I notice that it has helped me with my strength and . I felt bad at first when I first started going because all of the other people jogging on the treadmills (many people older than me) and I'm doing just a brisk walk but I don't care about
that anymore. I'm feeling better and that is what matters. I think mostly for you though, after being so sick, just getting out of the house even just to the store probably made you feel a bit better.

the B vitamins. I don't take a B complex but I do take B12 and didn't know how much it made a difference until I ran out and it took me a few days to get more. I literally felt like I was dragging myself and mistakingly thought it was a flare coming on until I started taking the B12 again and I literally just pepped back up after a couple of days. *note to self - make sure have lots of it on hand
