Hi alwaysrosie, I have been taking plaquenil for 8 months. It has help a lot with my fatigue and I am not in severe pain like I used to be. I am putting a journal together so I can keep track of my symptoms. When things change so often it's hard to keep track of how bad things are compared to how bad they were before. I hope this makes sense. Also with my journal I am tracking the weather and events in life to see what could cause a flare. And I want to see if symptoms repeat themselves at the same time of the year. I am going on my second year with Lupus. I do have to say it's better than the first. I take the Naproxen in the morning and in the late afternoon. But now the last few days I have to take a tylenol around noon. I see my rheumy in September and maybe he can give me a different anti inflammatory or increase the one I have. And I am due for blood work again too.
