still feeling horrible, but the County paper did a wonderful story for lupus awareness month in fact in the actual paper it was feature story smile Here is a link to it online however it only gives part of the story but thought you'd be interested

The article is wonderful. You did a great service to us lupies when you publicized our disease. It's also nice to put a face with a name. :-) Thanks for sharing the article with us.

Cathy . . . are you the seated lady, or the standing lady??? I wasn't sure which had lupus . . . GREAT article!! They/you really gave a great overview!!! Thanks so much for sharing the article with us. You did good girl!!! Blessings!

Thanks for your replies. I am the standing gal my mother in the nursing home is who is seated.

I feel like I'm dying everyday!! The article was much longer in the actual paper and real informative but I guess they don't put it all up online as they want you to buy paper lol

Hi, Cathy. That was a great article you interviewed for in your local paper! The leader of the lupus support group I attend also requested her local paper do an article for lupus awareness month. My new rheumy actually gave some basic lupus info. for the article.

I think all the more attention lupus can get, the better! Great job!!!

thanks everyone for all your support!! I'm in such trouble now with the lupus and NO rhuemy that its not funny just got back from the ER. I just hope all we are doing sparks the interest of someone somewhere, such a shame this disease doesn't get the well deserved attention it needs. I'm 50 so all this may not be in time to help me, but darn it we have young ones out here that are failed to be diagnosed so I hope I can help someone.
