HI. Quick question. What is a PTT-LA Screen? My doctor ordered it and it came back out of range 44 H

(reference range <or=40 seconds).

Oh, and is this test generally used to test for lupus?

check out www.labtestsonline.org its where most of us look up lab tests looks like your test is a lupus anticogulatn test, see labtestsonline.org/understanding/analytes/lupus_anticoagulant/test.html

Lynnwood, thanks. I was just on that site, from what I understand, this test is for blood clotting not really a Lupus specific test.
