No problem with my MRI

The doctor told me the other day she thought it was inflamation but she would do the MRI anyway. So I guess it's chronic inflamation. I havn't seen her so I don't know what she would say about doing anything if there is anything to be done. I'm really thrilled there is nothing wrong with my brain such as a tumor or somthing but I still don't like the thought of having such a fuzzy brain all the time.

On another note the lady that cleans and stuff will be here at 8:00 in the morning. I'll let you know how that goes. I'm trying to do some things on my own today that will free her up for what I can't do.

   I'm glad your MRI was okay. I hope they find the root of your symptoms soon so you can get some relief.

   I also hope tomorrow goes well with the lady coming to clean for you. Don't over do it trying to tidy up before she comes. You rest and take care. Update us when you can. Still praying for you.

Thanks everyone, I had to give up on trying to do anything. I did the dishes and 2 loaded of laundry. The laundry is still just setting not folded or hung up. I figure if she can sweep and mop a vacumn and do the floors tomorrow we can work on the dusting and my room and stuff on thursday. There is no way I will need the floors swept and mopped more than once a week so I think we will get a system down. It will be nice to get my sheets washed for my bedroom once a week. I have a king size bed and it's just too much for me to try to fight with it unless I have a good day. I just wish the house wasn't in such bad shape. But I guess that's why she's coming because I can't do it myself. The last time I tried I was good for an hour. I got alot done in that hour but I really paid for it. If she comes twice a week I think it will get kept up pretty well.

okie~ It's good to hear your mri came out good! Congrats. I too have the fuzzy brain everyday! Some days it's wrose than others.

Can I ask you a question? Have you been dx'd with Lupus yet? You see that you have Lupus like symptoms but no sure if you have been dx'd yet. Can you tell me your story. If you don't mind that is?

Patty don't worry about calling. You worry about getting better. I'll be fine. Just had a bad day the other day. You know like we all do from time to time. Tired, sick and sick and tired. But i'm doing much better. My head was just in a bad place but coming here and venting always helps. Take care of yourself! love ya
Redrose, I'm sorry that sounds awful going without. Yes you're right you do need help! Bless your husband for trying but it sounds like he's got enough going on that you both need extra help. Talk to your doctor tell them your concerns. You're right you have to eat and you diffinently have to stay hydrated. Thanks for the tip I will find out about a PET and about imuron. I've heard of others here that use it but I havn't really checked out what it's about. I'll look it up. thanks for the tips.
KaAl, No I havn't been DX'd for sure. I'm on my 3rd rheumy though. If you ask my doctor I have Lupus. She is adamment that it's what is detroying my lungs. But one rheumy said I was ok. Or I might have CREST and one said I have primary billiary cirhosis. which is another A/I.
Several years ago when I was DX'd with COPD my pulm. said some of my tests were coming back that I had indications of Lupus. We didn't really discuss it because I didn't see the connection an I was already dealing with enough with COPD. I figured Lupus was the last thing I was worried about. I didn't know a thing about it and didn't care at that point. You have to understand it was a really bad time of my life. My husband had died about 2 years earlier and my son was in Iraq. It was all I could do to keep it together. I started dealing with anxiety and depression, a lot of pain in my back.than in 2006 I moved to oklahoma. I had to search for a new doctor. I went to urgent care and and the hospital and a few other places in the mean time because I still had to have meds for my lungs. Anyway everyone did blood tests and they all kept coming back with ANA + 1:2560. than my sed rates were coming back in the 60's, than I started coming back anemic. Lots of UTI. Than I met my doctor that's I have for over a year. I was running a really high fever felt I got hit by a truck and felt like I had the flu from hell. My feet were swollen up to my knees. They were bright red and I couldn't even put my shoes on because they wouldn't fit. She took her own set a tests and said I had the highest ANA that she had ever seen. she looked at my back. I have these ugly spider vein looking things. and some on the v shape of my chest where the collar is open. She put me on predisone to get the swelling under control and 800 mil. of plaq. Since than we have been trying to get me to a good rheumy. I'm not sure what that means. Because the last rheumy said my liver is enlarged and he thiks it's PBC but she said no way so she's sending me to someone else. Problem is I can't get in for 4 months. Anyway that's my story for what it's worth. No more or less frustrating than everyone elses story. This disease stinks that's all I know.
