WHAT IS this?

Severe burning sensation in soles of feet and palms of hands and knees, now involves lips and inside of mouth.
When very bad cannot put my two feet together, too painful, flesh against flesh, same with hands.
this seems to be made worse by extreme tiredness. Along with that is a buzzing in my head, ALWAYS on the left side, on the top.
the backs of the calves of legs are also involved.
Also all my flesh seems very sensitive to clothes, clothes friction and scatchy materials, have to have baby soft materials.
My whole body seems implicated in one way or the other.
My 'itchiness' is getting worse too, and ALL my body now involved.
The burning does not mean that the places actually feel red hot to the touch which makes me think it is neurological
