Eye Problems and Lupus

Hello,

I was diagnosed with lupus when I was 23/now 52. For some time now I have been having problems with my eyes. itching, Redness and swelling of the eyelids mostly at where the eyelash roots are located. Eyelashes falling out and the ones I have are stunted and thick with a large black root. I also have small water bubbles that form under the eyelashes almost like a blister. I have told the Doctors and they don't listen and haven't given me anything to help. Does anyone out there have anything similar or know of anything that can help?

Hi Lupo,

Welcome to the forum. I haven't had much eye involvement with my lupus. A little bit, but nothing like you've mentioned. I was just about to post my own eye question actually and saw yours!

I don't have much info to pass to you. I'm sure someone else will be along who can help.
