Hi all haven't posted in awhile , Just got done with pt for neck , now leg is acting up, getting nerve pain down left leg from lumbar , Called rumey to see if he could fax me script for epidural shot , he is on vacation for 4th , Was just wandering does anyone else seem to have this problem from connective tissue and what would you recommend shot or pt . Seems like everytime I get rid of somthing , somthing new comes along , and it's allway's very painful . Thanks for any help

Your leg pain sounds like sciatica, which is caused by nerve compression putting pressure on your sciatic nerve. Unless it's very severe, you can help it by using a knowledgeable masseuse and by doing certain exercises. Here's a site that explains some of the proper exercises:

I have lower back pain and sciatica and both the exercises and massages help a lot.

As far as something new coming along, that's the hardest thing about lupus that most of us deal with. I'm sorry you're having such a rough time.
