symptoms in hands and feet?? kinda scared

Over the course of the last 6 months I have noticed my hands ticking. Not the whole hand, just a finger at a time. It starts with the finger ticking to the side over and over. No pain, and I still have control to move it, but it continues to tick. Well, then I noticed some weakness usually starting in my pinky and it effects two to three fingers and in the side of my hand. Now, I am experiencing SEVERE itching in the palms of my hands and the soles of my feet. Im not sure what any of this means or if it pertains to lupus in any way, but its scary. I have not yet had my appointment with my rheumy yet, so Im totally clueless. I know that these are all symptoms of neuropathy, but Im not sure what that means. this is all happening more and more frequently. Has anyone else experienced anything like this?

It sounds like we are just about at the same place in this lil lupus journey. Ill let ya know what the docs say. keep me posted too.
