Hi everyone, I just wanted to leave a post about barb. She called me tonight after feeling very ill all week she's back in the hospital. The number to her room is 301 319-8447 if any of you would like to call her she can better tell you whats going on with her. I do know she's on the cardiac ward and is having proplems with her heart so keep Barb in your thoughts and prayers.

Barb had fluid around her heart again - ultra high blood pressure & heart rate. Both blood pressure & heart rate are lower now, and they are changing some of her regular meds in hope of avoiding this happening again.

She hopes to be released tomorrow, and sounds pretty hopeful.

I am so sorry Barb is in the hospital again and hope she is released ASAP.

Hey Aunt Kay and Lynnwood, thank you for updating us on Barb! I pray she is getting better quickly and so sorry to hear she is back in the hospital. Does anyone have any more information on her today?

Hi All:

YAY!!!!! I'm home, just got home about 2 hrs ago. I'm feeling much much better. Not only did I have fluid around my heart I also had a kidney and bladder infection. I'm on antibiotics for awhile yet. I've also started a new medication for my heart so hopefully things will improve with it.

How you're all doing well and thanks for your well wishes and prayers. I'll post again later.

I actually got to go visit with Barb yesterday!

She's in good spirits and looks a lot better than I expected. It was great to be able to get together. I was up that way visiting family & kidnapped a car to go see her.

I got the urge to say some special prayers for you this week and on the weekend. I'm so sad you got sick but am glad you got through it kind of fast and got home.  I haven't been on my pc much lately.  My steroids are running out and I'm running out of steam...

I hope you are well on the way to being back to normal now and want to send you ((((hugs)))) and let you know that you are in my thoughts and prayers always.
