My DR. believes me...

Yesterday, I picked up my State Disability forms from my Rhuemy and he gave me off till June 2010, he also filled out my RFC form that I needed for my SSD case, that was taken all the way to the Federl Level and was remanded back for an ALJ hearing last month.  My lawyer told me we should have another ALJ hearing in about 3 months.

I'm so happy, I hope this will help my case, because I got to only working from 3days a week to 1day a week, due to severe pain (gastro, body pain, etc)

He did believe me thank goodness, he also prescribed a new med Gabapentin 300mg  for muscle pain, this is my first time taking it. along with other pain meds

Do you think this will help my case?

YEAH!!!!! That sounds like happy news to me. Isn't it great to feel validated? Especially from a medical professional? I mean we all know ourselves when we're sick...we don't lie to ourselves about that..but it's a horrible feeling to think that people don't take you seriously, or believe you...darn right frustrating I'd say. I'm thrilled for you, whatever it means, that you've been given a positive reinforcement today from someone in the position to help your case. Yeah!!! again...
