Just started Methotrexate injections....

Hi Everyone! Friday I started the Methotrexate injections, doctor showed me how to do the injections myself, I was just wondering from anyone else who does these injections, their thoughts about it and how long before the felt any difference? Honestly if this does not give me some relief I may consider leaving work for a short time ( I was out 3 days last week..not good, was in so much pain couldn't move)
