white bumps

So I am still patiently (haha) waiting for my doctor's appointment with John's Hopkins. I just now noticed while putting medicine on my cracked, bloody hands that I have small white/clear colored bumps all over my hands and wrists. Have any of you experienced anything like this? I am just trying to distinguish between disease symptoms and just everyday problems. By the time my appoinment comes I will have a book of symptoms written out.
