Hey everyone. I have been using the arthritis center in town here with a nicely heated pool. I have been getting my body used to the form of exercise slowly without exhausting myself too too much..It's been great. The pool is warmer than most, but I do still find myself cold on about 50% of the days. That's 'cause of the raynaud's in my hands and feet and when they get cold, I am cold all over fairly fast in the pool. This post is because I'm planning (or rather would like to down the road) on attending community water aerobics classes. I hope that I can do them energy wise, but we'll see. I'm concerned though on staying warm, and so I'm posing a question wondering if anyone's come across something to wear for hands/and or feet in the pool to protect them a bit. I know it might look kinda silly to people who don't understand, but I don't want to limit myself from the activity, just cause I need to keep 'em warm, ya know? So if anyone's got a suggestion, please feel free.
