I feel a LOT better eating plenty of
"clean protein" -- natural protein without processing or additives - and veggies & fruit. Most Americans, esp. women eat much less protein than the FDA recommends. Women aged 19–70 need to consume 46 grams of protein per day -- check your labels and see what you are really eating!
