I haven't experienced that, but I have noticed that sometimes really subtle changes affect how I feel. Did you eat differently, drink more water, get more sleep, take flu meds, get more cuddling, anything?
Just general changes in overall stress can affect me. For instance, I do volunteer work and if I get caught up in other peoples emergencies I can create pain -- when I consciously make the effort to only spend x amount of time on it every 2ond or 3th day -- no more pain!
Hope you figure it out and chase that pain away!
