New symptom cropped up today

Today my hands started shaking...

I've already been getting back of knee twitching when I'm tired. Now this is happening...

Anybody get this strange and annoying problem?

No medicine right now due to having to wait on bloodwork results.

I'm a first grade teacher and I've had an exhausting past week with field trip, field day, and a yard sale at home.
I'm trying to remember that I need to slow down now and follow the Spoon theory.
