fibromyalgia patient needing lupus patient help

I have been getting weird blood spots on my limbs that make no sense.  I have no pain when I get them, they appear out of no where and don't seem to have a pattern.  I got out of the shower on wednesday and there were 3 major ones and then a few tinier ones all in a kind of circle pattern on my inner right wrist.  Now those are fading like a hickie from your lover would and I have two new ones on the same wrist and at the top of the wrist joint.  I don't over extend so I have no idea what is going on.  I have a new kind of pain that isn't like fibro in my hands, feet, wrists and ankles.  These spots happen anywhere really.  So I was hoping for your help.

Those sound like petecal hemorragies (Sp?). I'd discuss this with the doctor. Take a picture of them to show him.
