Do any of you experience this?

After spending several days on the go and spending too much time in the sun I've been experiencing a strange sensation...

You know after you have used a back massager, you turn it off, and still feel the "ghost vibrations" that are leftover? That tingling vibrations that echo afterwards?

That's the best way I can describe the feeling. A vibration that echos all over my body. Sometimes my hands will tremble along with it, but it's mostly all over my body.

It feels so strange. Do any of you feel this odd vibration?

It's hard for me to get adjusted to this disease. I'm used to being on the go when I want to. I'm really trying to limit my time outside, but somethings are a " I have to" and can't be avoided. I admit I could of left the mailbox alone, but it was just so ugly and it was only for 20 minutes.
The last three days have been a "I have to" go outside- three different doctor's visits. Two were for me and one to drive my father to a doctor's appt where they did a biopsy on his toe. He couldn't drive back so I had to go with him on the 2 1/2 hr drive both ways and spend 5 hours under fluorescent lights in the waiting area. :(
Because he still can't drive, I have to take my mother tomorrow to her doctor's appointment and grocery store. :(
There's no one else for them to depend on locally for their driving right now.

I bought a tight weave long sleeve shirt today for protecting my arms from the sun while outside. I'm going to wear it while I'm out tomorrow. Also I'll remember my sunscreen again,

I plan to spend the next week inside the house. This is aggrevating.
