Is it Lupus? Blood test results

I recently had a random intense pain in my foot with lots of swelling, was sent to a Ortho b/c hey thought it must be broken even though the x-ray said it wasnt b/c i was in so much pain. I took anti inflamatory drugs and it got better quickly. He sent me for blook work and has referred me to Rhuemy. My test results are: ANA 1:160 homeogenous, my CRP was high, normal for uric acid and normal for RA, and normal cbc. Some syptoms I have had over the years-always sick,
-lots of time the 1st round of antibodics doesnt work
-sinsus surgery
-infertility
-miscarriage (I now have triplets that are 3)
-back pain constant
-neck knots and poping crunching
-execma
-rash for too much sun
-scalp itchy and sensitive
-allergic to everythign but food (ie: grasses, trees, pollen, dust, molds, etc) actulaly took shots years ago and need them again
-migraines/headaches
-allergic to sulfur drugs
-mitrovalve prolaspse
-some issues with ibs

My appt with the rhumy is on Tuesday and trying to prepare myself...do you think this is Lupus? If so, what qusestions should I ask?

Lupus is a hard disease to diagnose. Most ppl have it for very long time before correctly diagnosed. Lupus also mimics a lot of other diseases or syndromes. I was told for yrs I had fibromyalgia. Some doctors do not really listen to you. The rheumatologist is the right doctor to go to, so one step in right direction. Another thing is lupus does not affect each person the same. I mean, most of us have the joint pain and fatigue, but not all are photosensitive, not all have positive ANA, and there are many more symptoms that you may or may not have.

As far as questions, I would ask about the swelling of your feet. Lupus joint pain does not always produce swelling of joints. It has been my experience that in most cases the joints do not swell with lupus. But you could have osteoarthritis which does cause swelling in joints. I think the doc will probably do most of the asking and you should ask about anything you do not understand, including any tests or x-rays.
