Yup. Good ole' Lupus with it's random "attack whatever offends me today" method of operation.
My nose tissue is constantly inflamed; they may have decided it's secondary Sjogren's Syndrome - whatever else it is, it's a daily irritant. Doesn't seem quite like what you have, but any inflammation is related to Lupus. I hope the steroid spray helps.
You bring up a good point with the pleurisy - except that is inflammation *around* the lungs rather than *in* the lungs, so they probably aren't related. Except that they both may be Lupus-related.
