Last night what I thought was the start of a flare was actually spasms in my lower back and very tight and painful. Has anyone experienced anything like this and is it the Lupus or Fibro? I have both and don't know how to tell the difference.

I have lupus, fibro, and degenerative disk disease.
I have back trouble all of the time.

I never know which one is hurting me.

I have degenerative disk disease also :( . I guess it doesn't matter which one is doing the hurting, thanks couchtater, and I'm sorry you hurt also.
